Self-Leadership - Know Yourself (part 2) - MAKING THE JUMP FROM AMATEUR TO PROFESSIONAL

Welcome to Episode 260 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode, I talk about Knowing Yourself (part 2)

In this second part of a two part chapter on Making The Jump From Amateur To Professional, David continues talking about the chapter known as KNOW YOURSELF and how knowing yourself now will greatly improve your odds as you shift and stay in the Professional mindset. Taking advantage of those opportunities where you, alone, get to challenge yourself helps change your mindset from that of someone who thinks like an amateur to someone that is tired of “going with the flow” and moving up and out to something better. Speaking of going with the flow, remember even a dead fish goes with the flow of the current.

Instead of wasting time on thinking about things, when you get to know yourself you come to the realization that you are ready to do more to achieve more than those still stuck in the rut of their lives known as being an amateur.

Remember, it is when you get to know yourself, your limits and your capabilities start to expand and grow, just like countless Professional do every day. Just shifting your mindset to a place you know you can be, then will you succeed.

In this 11 minute episode, you will hear David share his perspective on Getting To Know Yourself and how to apply it to YOUR life.

We are still on that journey from Amateur to Professional, thus we must never forget to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!

And as always, I remind you to GO BEYOND THE GRIND & GO BEYOND THE HUSTLE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE THE WALKING LEADER AND A LEADER THAT IS GREAT TO FOLLOW

I invite you to take about 11 minutes and listen to the Episode 260 of the Walking Leader Podcast. Enjoy!
