As a Leader you will be tasked to make decisions all the time. Many small decisions and occasionally, those big decisions come your way. No matter the outcome of the decisions you make, there are three things that are non-negotiable: Take Responsibility, Be Accountable, Do Not Blame Others, Every Action You Take Has A Consequences. Thus when possible do not make any big decisions too quickly.
