Crisis of any kind at any level can occur at any time and it usually does. It is what you do when it does occur that makes all the difference. In this episode, I talk about recognizing as a leader it is your duty and responsibility to recognize that crisis is part of change and crisis is on its own time schedule. You cannot rush it or be doomed to quickly repeat the crisis. Leaders know their limitations and know that calling on Professionals to assist in Crisis Management is essential to coming out of the crisis better than you went into it.
