Self-Leadership - Know Yourself (part 1) - MAKING THE JUMP FROM AMATEUR TO PROFESSIONAL

In episode 259, David continues his 2023 SELF-LEADERSHIP initiative to help MAKE THE JUMP FROM AMATEUR TO PROFESSIONAL.

In this series, David shares with you the fourth chapter served in two parts: KNOW YOURSELF (part 1).

In this first part of a two part chapter on Making The Jump From Amateur To Professional, David introduces you to the this chapter to KNOW YOURSELF and how knowing yourself now will greatly improve your odds as you shift and stay in the Professional mindset. Sadly, the amateur mindset individual has no time to bother with getting to know themselves.

The amateur would rather waste time on thinking they know others and how they act, behave, all while having absolutely no clue on who they truly are instead of having a little discipline to take the time to get to know themselves if for nothing else but to help identify why those with an amateur mindset constantly find themselves lacking.

It is when you get to know yourself, your limits and your capabilities that you can start defining your aspirations and deliver on your goals, like countless Professional do every day. Just shifting your mindset to a place you know you can be, then will you succeed.

In this 15 minute episode, you will hear David share his perspective on Getting To Know Yourself and how to apply it to YOUR life.

We are still on that journey from Amateur to Professional, thus we must never forget to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!

And as always, I remind you to GO BEYOND THE GRIND & GO BEYOND THE HUSTLE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE THE WALKING LEADER AND A LEADER THAT IS GREAT TO FOLLOW.

I invite you to take about 15 minutes and listen to the Episode 259 of the Walking Leader Podcast. Enjoy!
