In this episode, I talk about Leadership as a Soft Skill.
When it comes soft skills, one does not think of Leadership as a soft skill, but there it is. Leadership is the application of all soft skills. Leadership is strictly voluntary and is NEVER PERFECT! If you are looking for or waiting for the Perfect Time, the Perfect Leadership Moment, the Perfect Leader well guess what, you are NOT going to find PERFECTION in LEADERSHIP! The sooner you get past the sooner you will be able to work to becoming the best leader you can be. Being the best is the key to applying all the soft skills to achieving success in business or personal life.
