Stop for moment and think about the following: Would you consider what you do today as inspiring to others? I mean does it inspire others to be better people? better employees? better co-workers? better friends? better family members?
If you answer "No" to just one of these, don't you think it is time you start doing something that will inspire people? You know it is time!
Not sure how to inspire others? Try this: LISTEN! Just listen to them and make certain they know you are actively listening. It's that simple.
