Primary Leadership Development course - Session 10

Welcome to Episode 282 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode, David continues with his new PRIMARY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT course session 10 of 10.

The Primary Leadership Development course is designed to equip the participant with the essential leadership skills and qualities needed to excel in various personal and professional settings. Participants will engage in a comprehensive program that covers foundational leadership principles, effective communication strategies, team building, problem-solving, and self-awareness. Through a combination of theoretical concepts, practical exercises, and real-world case studies, participants will develop the skills and mindset necessary to lead with confidence and impact.

In this session (#10), David shares with the course participants the critical need for current and future leaders to develop a Personal Leadership Philosophy. Having a Personal Leadership Philosophy ensures you are living by your values (a.k.a. Walking Their Talk). Those that follow you expect a LEADER that can walk their talk. When a "leader" fails to walk their talk they have failed their direct reports, the team, the department, the organization, and most of all they have failed themselves.

This Primary Leadership Development Course is for anyone and everyone that is ready to take the steps towards becoming a leader of yourself and others.

Don't forget to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!

And as always, I remind you to GO BEYOND THE GRIND & GO BEYOND THE HUSTLE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE THE WALKING LEADER AND A LEADER THAT IS GREAT TO FOLLOW.

I invite you to take about 10 minutes and listen to the Episode 282 of the Walking Leader Podcast. Enjoy!
