Self-Leadership - Stacking The Odds (part 1/2) - MAKING THE JUMP FROM AMATEUR TO PROFESSIONAL

Welcome to Episode 267 of the Walking Leader Podcast with your host David G. Guerra.
In this episode, I talk about STACKING THE ODDS.

In episode 267, David continues his 2023 SELF-LEADERSHIP initiative to HELP YOU MAKE THE JUMP FROM AMATEUR TO PROFESSIONAL.

In this episode, David shares with you the first part of the eighth chapter served in two parts: STACKING THE ODDS.

Episode 267, continues to focus on STACKING THE ODDS. Some say must fight a fair fight. Some say the only way to truly win is to do what it takes by having the ODDS stacked in your favor.

Isn't stacking odds just like cheating? Yes and No.
Yes, in that you are doing everything within your power to get that advantage over others. You wrote one book when they wrote zero. You ran a marathon while others run the half-marathon. You climb Mt. Everest while they can never get out of Base Camp. You put in the work to better yourself while they rest on their laurels.

NO. In that it is NOT your fault nor are you to blame when other choose to put in the barebones minimum and wonder why they lost.

Darwin's Survival of the Fittest or those that adapt to change are the ones that are going to win, to succeed.

Listen to this 12 minute episode to learn how the AMATEUR mindset individual looks at STACKING THE ODDS versus how the PROFESSIONAL mindset stacks the odds ever in their favor.

Remember, as we continue our journey from Amateur to Professional, thus we must continue to remind ourselves to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!

And as always, I remind you to GO BEYOND THE GRIND & GO BEYOND THE HUSTLE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE THE WALKING LEADER AND A LEADER THAT IS GREAT TO FOLLOW.

I invite you to take about 12 minutes and listen to the Episode 267 of the Walking Leader Podcast. Enjoy!
