In this episode, I talk about the SOFT SKILL of CRITICAL OBSERVATION.
CRITICAL OBSERVATION is a skill all current and future leaders must learn, master and constantly and consistently work on to improve. When it comes to CRITICAL OBSERVATION, the ability to see beyond the surface is essential when it comes to understanding and dealing with people and/or processes in a more subtle and tactful way.
In episode 244, David shares with you the Pros & Cons of CRITICAL OBSERVATION and breaks down how several of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People affect this Soft Skill, and shares some great information on the Soft Skill of CRITICAL OBSERVATION.

For beginners, know that the best way to begin is to take the initiative and get started. For those that have experience with CRITICAL OBSERVATION know they can never stop learning, growing and mentoring others. While that may seem like a lot to do but it is worth it, thus knowing those are your marching orders all that is left to do is to Get to Work!
