In this episode, I talk about WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE PLANS I MAKE FOR MYSELF
Everyday we make plans: long term, short term, near term. While all that is well and good, it is in keeping those plans and turning them into a reality that means far more than just making them. A part of being recognized as a genuine leader is being known as someone that not only makes plans but keeps then around long enough to make them a reality. Plans are only as those that create and execute on them.
Countless individuals make plans everyday. Plans to read a book a month, to lose weight, run that 10K, and so on. However, those countless individuals never execute on those plans. Leaders, especially those self-leaders know that to just be all show and no go is not what is going to make things happen. Talking a good game is only worth as much as those that are willing to make it happen. Seriously, if all you do is plan but NEVER execute then what good are you as a leader? The point here is execute and MAKE STUFF HAPPEN! Making stuff happen is part of your SELF-LEADERSHIP journey.
.Don't forget to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!
And as always, I remind you to GO BEYOND THE GRIND & GO BEYOND THE HUSTLE BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE THE WALKING LEADER AND A LEADER THAT IS GREAT TO FOLLOW.
I invite you to take about 12 minutes and listen to the Episode 216 of the Walking Leader Podcast. Enjoy!
