David talk about while we are taught to ignore what other people, there are those times where we should listen. Listen to the feedback, the positive and yes, even the negative. By listening to the good and bad from the good and the bad, as a leader you use what they are telling you to not only learn about them but you also use that to grow as an individual and a leader. Encourage those you lead to also solicit feedback which will put them on the fast track to growth.
Don't forget to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!
