When it comes to focusing leaders know they cannot shirk the responsibility of getting done what must be done. Focus is what keeps people on task, keeps them moving forward, inspire and motivate others. While focusing on the task at hand is a good thing, it should also serve as notice when it comes to doing more than is necessary, yep, I am talking about multitasking. While it serves a purpose, multitasking should be used sparingly especially when it comes to accomplishing a task, the focus is put on one thing/task at a time.
