It is a LEADER’S intention to ensure that those that follower her must clearly and concisely understood. On the flip side of the relationship between leader and follower is undeniable; the Leader must LISTEN TO UNDERSTAND. Failing to listen to understand is the quickest way for a leader to disconnect from those he is supposed to leading. Once leaders lose their followers the ability to get them back is all but gone. Therefore, all leaders must go out of their way to make listening to understand a top priority.

Don't forget to CREATE WIN-WIN situations in all that you do. Start Strong! Stay Strong! Finish Strong! Be Strong!
