In this series, David shares with you the second part of the fifth chapter served in two parts: FEEDBACK (part 2).

Episode 262, focuses on those that have a Professional Mindset and how Feedback is a critical component of all relationships of all types. This includes the relationship we have with ourselves. As Self-Leaders we are growing, learning, and experiencing life. This also means that as we put ourselves out there, we might not always be giving off the vibe we intend to or are presenting ourselves in a not so positive light. This is where feedback comes in.

For the Professional, feedback is how leaders grow. Feedback is also how leaders help others grow. In this episode, I mention how the Beatles and David Bowie used FEEDBACK to continuously improve, get better, and remain relevant.

The Professional also knows that feedback is part of life. That is why the Professional Mindset Level individual will hunt high and low for Feedback. They will take the feedback and use it to grow and getter. So, Get Better.

In this episode, I talk about FEEDBACK.

Feedback is a critical component of all relationships of all types. This includes the relationship we have with ourselves. As Self-Leaders we are growing, learning, and experiencing life. This also means that as we put ourselves out there we might not always be giving off the vibe we intend to or are presenting ourselves in a not so positive light. Thus is where feedback comes in.

For the amateur, feedback is usually something they claim they want but are quick to get on the defense. Before the feedback is delivered the Amateur mindset individual goes on the offense. Thus, in most cases, good feedback goes down the drain because the individual was never taught or learned how to accept feedback or is so insecure with who they are that they would NOT recognize feedback if it came with a free gold bar.

Of course, not all with an Amateur mindset scoff at feedback. Some actually look for feedback, it is what they do with that FEEDBACK that matters most.
